The Department of Fashion Design and Interior Design has been envisioned with a very clear and creative philosophy - to nurture innovation, to encourage original thought, and to provide absolute freedom for creative expression. Our students of Fashion Design and Interior Design are not just learning; they are collaborating to create new definitions of design. With the unwavering support of the University, through advanced classes, an industry-integrated curriculum, and a vibrant academic ecosystem, Chandigarh University is about to write a new chapter in the field of design education.
This is our First Batch, and this is our Golden Batch. The creativity, market surveys, research work, workshops, and design thinking demonstrated by these young designers are truly exceptional. I firmly believe that in the coming years, their work will place Chandigarh University among the Top 10 Universities of India in the design domain.
Chandigarh University, Unnao is perhaps the first university in Uttar Pradesh to have such a large and dedicated Department for Fashion, Interiors and Design, where students are given complete freedom to explore, experiment and excel.
