Register and log in
Register on the Ph.D. admissions portal and log in with the username and password sent to your email.Apply online
Complete the online application form and finalise it.Pay the registration fee
Deposit ₹1,100 online by net banking, debit or credit card, or at any State Bank of India branch using the downloaded challan. The fee is non-refundable.Print, photograph and sign
Download the application form and bank challan, print them on A4 sheets, paste a recent 3.5 × 3.5 cm photograph and sign at the marked places.Send the application
Send the application form with the challan or online payment proof, and the documents listed below, to admission.phd@culko.in.
Documents to attach
- Chandigarh University copy of the challan
- GATE / NET certificate (if applicable)
- Copies of all marksheets, degree certificates or provisional certificate for the qualifying degree
- OBC / SC / ST / PD category certificate, if any
- Experience certificate and NOC, for part-time candidates
