It sets the minimum standards of architectural education required for a person to be recognised as a qualified architect and maintains the Register of Architects. The Council has accorded approval for the 5-year full-time Bachelor of Architecture degree course at CU-UP for the academic session 2026-2027, with an institutional code of UP51, making sure graduates are eligible to register as practising architects upon successful completion of their degree.
