Roles & Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the onshore team and QC on a day-to-day basis to understand the requirements
• Create and develop reports based on the objectives of the social media campaigns and their KPIs
• Checking the pacing of live campaigns
• Learn the intricacies of every report and the larger role it plays in the Campaign Lifecycle
• Read and infer data from trafficking sheets
• Translate client’s campaign needs onto the platform
• Adding tags to Ads on Social Media platforms
• Draw actionable insights from reports made to add value to the on-shore team
• Ensure all deliverables are of the highest quality and in adherence with agreed upon SLAs

Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.

Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for testing bath chemistry
• Operating ANO line PM activities to ensure optimum utilisation of chemical bath and manpower
• Shift planning and ensure attendance, plan for absenteeism/leaves
• Connect with line operators and leading the team for achieving daily goals
• Aligning individual performance expectations with organizational goals.
• Sound technical knowledge in handling ANO line, DM plant, ETP Plant, VI, NEAT.
• Cooperating with maintenance team in case of any breakdowns related to any instrument.
• Maintaining and recording logbook shift wise for communication.
• Ensuring good quality of DM water by coordinating with DM plant members.
• Ensuring bath chemical control and adhere the quality requirements.
• Monitoring Chemical Inventory
• Ensuring working of Machinery/Accessories and recording
• Shall be responsible for Chemical preparation & addition in required process tank.
• Maintaining all chemical bath chemistry parameter within the control limit.
• Ensuring shelf life & stock for the consumables required on the line.
• Maintaining 5S Activities in ANO chemical lab Area and working area
• Contribution in the improvement of working procedures by constantly looking for solutions to ensure the best quality results of her/his machinery group and ensuring compliance with procedures, operating instructions and work instructions.
• Co-ordinate with CFT’s concerning production planning and resource/skill allocation to ensure delivery of products to schedule relevant quality specifications.
• Work proactively with support functions to fully define the processes/procedures/controls relevant to team activities.
• Provide support and input to continuous improvement activities within the team.
• Conduct incident, accident and non-conformity investigations and associated reporting and action closure.
• Responsible for training of operators for products and processes within the local team
• Achieve the required company quality standards ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction.

• Ensure optimum utilisation of equipment/instrument with safety manner.
• Sound knowledge in chemical MSDS/TDS and handling testing accessories.
• Contribution in the improvement of working procedures by constantly looking for solutions to ensure the best results of her/his machinery group and ensuring compliance with procedures, operating instructions and work instructions.
• Co-ordinate with supervisor & team to progress issues concerning bath chemistry to ensure delivery of reliable results.
• Achieve required company quality standards ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Generating records like safety/instrument/equipment checklist, bath analysis, consumable shelf-life monitoring, chemical addition record, bath discard record etc.
• Chemical preparation & addition to the required process tank as per WI.
• Maintaining all process parameter within the range.
• Ensure Incoming chemical inspection coordinate with IQC team
• Monitoring & recording of process parameters (pH, conductivity, concentration, specific gravity) on timely basis
