Documents Required at the Time of Reporting
Messages to Students:
- If the Student has received only Provisional result or Net result of the previous qualification, then those documents need to attest from his previous School/College/University accordingly.
- The last date for submission of eligibility documents is 30th July 2025 for UG admissions and 30th September 2025 for PG admissions.
- Below mentioned documents are required for submission when students visit the University.
A. For Under Graduation programs:
- Photocopy of 10th class marksheet
- Photocopy of 12th class marksheet
- 12th class Original Character Certificate
- 12th class Original Migration Certificate
- Original Gap Year Affidavit (if applicable)
- Student’s Adhaar card Photocopy
- 5 Passport Size Photographs (Hard Copy)
Note: Student must carry all original documents for verification purpose.
B. For Post Graduation programs:
- Photocopy of 10th class marksheet
- Photocopy of 12th class marksheet
- Photocopy of all Graduation marksheets
- Original Graduation Character Certificate
- Original Graduation Migration Certificate
- Original Gap Year Affidavit (if applicable)
- Student’s Adhaar card Photocopy
- 5 Passport Size Photographs (Hard Copy)

- 12th based: Original 10th marksheet, original 12th marksheet,study gap year affidavit, if applicable (compulsory original), original character certificate (last qualification), migration certificate (last qualification), 5 photos, aadhar card photocopy, Uttar Pradesh SC caste certificate of the student: issued by the office of the tehsildar, Uttar Pradesh (compulsory original), Uttar Pradesh residence certificate of the student: issued by the office of the tehsildar, Uttar Pradesh (compulsory original), income certificate issued by the office of the tehsildar, Uttar Pradesh regarding the family income of parents (issued after 01 april 2025. Income from all sources should not exceed rs. 2,50,000/- per annum) (original) ,death or divorce certificate, if given the mother's income certificate. (compulsory photocopy /affidavit original), student bank account passbook (only sbi and pnb bank link with aadhar card*) (compulsory photocopy), student and parents aadhar card (Uttar Pradesh) (compulsory photocopy)
