Documents Required at the Time of Reporting

Messages to Students:

If the Student has received only Provisional result or Net result of the previous qualification, then those documents need to attest from his previous School/College/University accordingly.
The last date for submission of eligibility documents is 31^st July 2026 for UG admissions and 30^th September 2026 for PG admissions.
Below mentioned documents are required for submission when students visited the University.

Admission Form Undertaking

A. For Under Graduation programs:

Photocopy of 10th class marksheet
Photocopy of 12th class marksheet
12th class Original Character Certificate
12th class Original Migration Certificate
Original Gap Year Affidavit (if applicable)
Student’s Adhaar card Photocopy
5 Passport Size Photographs (Hard Copy)

Note: Student must carry all original documents for verification purpose.

B. For Lateral Entry programs:

Photocopy of 10th class marksheet
Photocopy of 12th class marksheet
Photocopy of diploma marksheets
Photocopy of Diploma provisional certificate
Diploma Original Character Certificate
Diploma Original Migration Certificate
Original Gap Year Affidavit (if applicable)

Income from all sources should not exceed rs. 2,50,000/- per annum) (original) ,death or divorce certificate, if given the mother's income certificate.
