CU-UP’s 21 MBA Students Land Early Internships At Berger Paints

Chandigarh University, Unnao - Twenty-one MBA students from Chandigarh University, Uttar Pradesh (CU-UP) have secured internships at Berger Paints, while two more students have already been individually selected by Vodafone and Lenovo. This marks a strong placement infrastructure at India’s First AI Augmented Multidisciplinary University.

It all started with Shreya Bajpai, a first-year MBA student, who has been selected for an internship at Vodafone, an early industry entry that stands out, given that she is yet to complete her first year of the program. Srishti Nishad, pursuing an MBA in Strategic HR, has secured a Campus Hiring Internship with Lenovo, which adds to the growing list of recruiting partners.

The placement of 21 MBA students at Berger Paints in a single hiring cycle is no coincidence because CU UP has always been focused on bridging the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, an approach that appears to be resonating with recruiters this season. CU-UP's dedicated placement cell works effortlessly to make sure that students are not just prepared on paper but are visible to the right companies at the right time. Consistent groundwork is what turns a single campus visit into a bulk hiring decision.

At CU-UP, students do industry projects, practice regular mock interview drives, and mentor-led career sessions during the curriculum, which is AI integrated as well. This structure helps students become corporate-ready well before graduation & this is shown through the internship selections across three major companies this season, which reflect that preparation is paying off at the recruitment stage.

With recruiters from telecom, technology, and FMCG now actively engaging with CU-UP's MBA cohort, the university's management program continues to draw attention from companies seeking talent at the campus level.
