The course begins with the theoretical study of the principles of Project Management in use in current business environment and its utility in achieving the desired solutions to the problems faced by Project Managers. The course aimed at providing the knowledge about latest concepts of Project Management. Also, the students will be able to understand and gain insights about the practices & challenges faced by the project managers in businesses and its implications on profitability of Project Management firms.
